Incident Report for Liquid Web - Cloud Sites
Resolved
After extended monitoring, the issue has been confirmed resolved. The issue was the result of a complication with the scheduled maintenance. The impact was restricted to the Cloud Sites control panel and all websites and services in the LAN datacenter. The PHX datacenter ran unimpaired throughout the incident.

We have canceled further maintenance scheduled for this evening and apologize for the inconvenience this created.

Update
Our team is still working to resolve an issue with traffic related to the name resolution in both datacenters. Customer impact includes the websites, database, FTP , and the Cloud Sites control panel. We are working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
