Between 9PM and 5AM CST nightly, Cloud Sites Engineers will be performing Debian 8.10 updates to all servers within the infrastructure in both data centers. Due to the nature of the updates, customers can anticipate the following brief impacts as servers are updated throughout the maintenance window:
Tuesday Aug 7th 9PM - 2AM CST - Apache/PHP hosts | While no downtime is anticipated, brief session loss may occur. - MariaDB slave hosts | While no downtime is anticipated, brief session loss may occur.
Wednesday Aug 8th 9PM - 5AM CST - MariaDB master hosts | Anticipate database read only during failover.
Thursday Aug 9th 9PM - 5AM CST - Load Balancers | Anticipate sessions dropped as LBs failover - Load Balancers | Sites may experience brief downtime as load balancers fail over
Tuesday Aug 14th 9PM - 5AM CST - FTP / AV | Anticipate sessions dropped during LB failover and node restarts. - phpMyAdmin | Anticipate sessions dropped during LB failover and node restarts. - Critical systems will need reboots causing brief inaccessibility
