Data synchronization is ongoing at this time. The second phase has been moved up by 24 hours and will begin on Friday, September 23, 2022, at 10:00 PM (ET). During the web data cutover, the Cloud Sites control panel and all websites in the LAN data center will be in a read-only state for up to 1 hour:

- The Cloud Sites administrative interface will be inaccessible.
- All websites in the LAN datacenter will be in 'read-only' mode with no data updates to websites.

Between September 16 - October 2, 2022, our Engineers will perform a multi-phase technology refresh for our NetApp hardware. This upgrade will improve the performance and resiliency of the Cloud Sites platform.

Throughout the maintenance, our team will be migrating and continually synchronizing data. The initial phase will be ongoing and transparent and will not impact website performance. Phases II and III will be scheduled as follows:

Phase II - Web Data Cutover | September 23, 2022
Phase III - Database Cutover | October 1, 2022
